Cocodraw uses third-party services to provide key functionality. Currently supported integrations include:
Your Responsibilities
When you connect a third-party service to Cocodraw:
- You are responsible for complying with that service's terms of use and policies.
- You must have the necessary rights to access and use any files you import from these services.
- You grant Cocodraw permission to access your connected accounts as described in our Privacy Policy.
How Each Integration Works
Google Drive: Cocodraw uses Google Picker, Google's official file selection interface. You browse and select files through Google's interface, and Cocodraw only receives access to files you explicitly choose. We use the drive.file scope, which is classified as non-sensitive by Google.
Dropbox: Cocodraw uses Dropbox's file browsing API to let you navigate your folders and select files for import. We can also save Cocodraw whiteboard files to your Dropbox. We only access files you select or files that Cocodraw creates.
Microsoft OneDrive: Cocodraw uses Microsoft's Graph API to let you browse your OneDrive and select files for import. We can also save Cocodraw whiteboard files to your OneDrive. We only access files you select or files that Cocodraw creates.
Scope of Access
We request minimal permissions necessary to provide import and save functionality:
- Read Access: Browse folders and download files you explicitly select for import into Cocodraw.
- Write Access: Create and update Cocodraw whiteboard files (.coco format) in your cloud storage. We cannot modify your existing files.
- Account Info: Display your name and email within the Cocodraw interface so you can identify connected accounts.
For detailed information about specific permissions for each provider, please refer to Sections 4a-4d of our Privacy Policy.
Third-Party Terms of Service
Your use of third-party integrations is also subject to each provider's terms:
Third-Party Service Availability
We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or policies of third-party services. If a third-party service changes its API, terms, or discontinues service, certain Cocodraw features may be affected.
Disconnecting Integrations
You may disconnect any third-party integration at any time through your Cocodraw account settings at /integrations. Disconnecting will:
- Revoke Cocodraw's access to that service
- Prevent further syncing or saving to that service
- Not delete any files previously saved to that service
You may also revoke access directly through each provider's account settings:
